Esther Blanchett is a fictional character in Trinity Blood anime and manga series. Born as the legitimate granddaughter of the queen of Albion, she was brought to Istvan shortly after her birth in order to save her from assassins. She is the daughter of the late Prince Gilbert who was assassinated just after she was born. Esther appears to have growing romantic feelings towards Abel Nightroad, though he seems oblivious to this (as well as to his own feelings for her), though others have noticed.
